  • All listed authors should have made a significant contribution to the research and approve the final version of the manuscript.

  • Any potential conflict of interest—financial, institutional, or personal—must be disclosed.

  • When the study involves human participants, data collection, or ethnographic research, authors must ensure that ethical clearance and informed consent have been obtained.

3. Duties of Reviewers

Peer reviewers are essential to ensuring the quality, objectivity, and scholarly rigor of the journal.

  • Reviewers must provide constructive, unbiased, and timely evaluations of manuscripts.

  • Confidentiality must be strictly maintained; reviewers shall not use unpublished material disclosed in the manuscript for their own benefit.

  • Reviewers must immediately inform the editor if a conflict of interest exists or if they recognize substantial similarity between the reviewed manuscript and another published or submitted work.

5. Allegations of Misconduct

If ethical misconduct is alleged, such as plagiarism, citation manipulation, data fabrication, or authorship dispute, the journal will initiate an investigation guided by COPE’s best practice flowcharts.

  • Authors will be given an opportunity to respond to any claims.

  • Proven misconduct will lead to actions appropriate to the case, including rejection, retraction, or notification to relevant institutions.

  • All investigations will be handled with confidentiality, impartiality, and respect for all parties involved.
